Returns
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, you will need to provide order number and images of damaged goods.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@repaintstudios.com.
If items are not damaged, returns can be made within 30 days of purchase with a provided order number, and must be unused and in its original packaging. Images may be requested to inspect the items before returning.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
International Returns

Refunds are only issued on returned item costs. Refunds aren't provided for duties, customs fees, or VAT. A flat shipping fee of $20 USD will be issued for any international returns.

Recycled Returns
In order for Repaint silicone liners and lids to be returned for recycling, please contact us at info@repaintstudios.com and provide images of the liner and/or lid . No refunds will be issued for used items that are returned for recycling, however, you will be notified once we've received and inspected your items and will let you know via email once those items have been received and approved. Once approved, you will receive a discount code to the email you've provided to purchase another item from repaintstudios.com. Discount codes are not valid through any third party vendors or distributors.
Used Repaint metal trays are non-returnable for recycling at this time.
If you no longer have a use for your Repaint Tray or other Repaint products, but are still in good working condition, we encourage you to donate items to local schools, charities and art programs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
