Unlike Kickstarter, you're not pre-ordering a product or making a donation.
You're investing in the future of Repaint Studios through a SAFE note (A.K.A. Simple Agreement for Future Equity).
You won't receive stocks or dividends immediately. Instead, your investment has the potential to convert into shares in the future if certain events or milestones occur.
Think of it as investing alongside us as we build the company — not buying a stock you'll trade every day in the stock market.

Is this like Kickstarter?
No. You're not pre-ordering a product or making a donation. You're making an investment in Repaint Studios through Wefunder, a capital crowdfunding platform.
What is the minimum investment?
$100
What does "reserve" mean in Wefunder?
When you reserve an investment, you're telling Wefunder you'd like to invest in Repaint, and you're reserving your spot. Your card isn't charged right away.
Once all regulatory requirements are complete, Wefunder will ask you to confirm your investment before processing your payment.
You can change your mind at any time during the reserve stage. You are not committed until you complete your investment after we've passed all our regulatory requirements.
Do I receive stock in the company immediately?
No. We're raising capital using a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity). Your investment has the possibility, to convert into shares later if certain events happen or milestones are reached.
Do I need to be an accredited investor?
Nope! Our community round is open to both accredited and non-accredited investors.
Is my investment guaranteed?
No. Investing always involves risk, but so does driving a car. However, we have proven traction in the market and have already hit major milestones in our company. Today that the risk is less than what it was two years ago, but it's not zero.
We believe deeply in what we're building, but we want everyone to invest thoughtfully.
Why are you raising funds?
We're raising capital to purchase inventory, accelerate growth, expand our manufacturing capabilities, build and strengthen our team, and continue building better products for our customers.
